Golden Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

Here are the terms and conditions for our Golden Ticket Giveaway running from 2nd January until 13th February.

This promotion is run by Manning Stainton. Manning Stainton is a trading style of Northern Estate Agencies Ltd Registered in England and Wales No. 02546381 and Manning Stainton Rentals & Property Management Ltd Registered in England and Wales No 02782220. Registered Office: Building 1 Meadows Business Park, Blackwater, Camberley, United Kingdom, GU17 9AB.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
  • Employees of Manning Stainton, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter

  • Book and complete a free sales or lettings valuation with Manning Stainton between 12:01am on the 2nd January 2026 and 11:59pm on 13th February 2026.
  • Each completed valuation = one entry into the prize draw. Only one entry per household.
  • No purchase necessary.
3. The Prizes

  • Two winners will each receive £500 in cash.
  • Prizes will be paid via bank transfer or cheque within 14 days of winner confirmation.
4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random via a winning golden giveaway ticket in a bar of chocolate handed out at the valuation.
  • Winners will be need to bring their ticket to their nearest branch before the 22nd February 2026 in order for us to confirm your details and arrange the payment.
5. Publicity & Data Protection

  • By entering, participants agree that Manning Stainton may publish their first name and general location (e.g. “Sarah T., Rochdale”) for promotional purposes.
  • All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this giveaway.
6. General Terms

  • Manning Stainton reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • No alternative prizes will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
