A HomeBuyer report will allow you to make an informed decision ahead of a purchase, advising you on repairs you might need to make and will offer a range of advice on how best to proceed.
The RICS Building Survey - is suitable for large or old properties which may need extensive refurbishment or renovation. It's a comprehensive report which details the condition of a property with close attention being paid to all areas of the property. It will advise on defects, potential repairs and options for maintenance.

There are numerous different reasons why you may require a property valuing. The most common form of valuation is one carried out for a property purchase, whether it be for mortgage purposes or for a private individual.
