We hold 7 live streamed auctions every year with approximately 50 properties in each. This means a real auctioneer with the ability to talk to the bidders just as they would do normally. Buyers and sellers can watch the auction unfold on their computer or smartphone with bids taken online, via telephone and via proxy.
To offer our clients maximum flexibility we are also running weekly online auctions meaning that if you need to sell quickly (contracts can be exchanged in as little as 2 weeks) you need to look no further. Our online platform doesn’t have the benefit of a real auctioneer but offers an exciting “Ebay style” experience for both buyers and sellers.
To ensure prices achieved are as high as ever, all properties are marketed on Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, Auction House UK and Manning Stainton websites with video viewings, floor plans and internal photographs wherever possible.

Above all I have not felt one bit of stress as they did all the work. I would always sell at auction no matter what.
