Manning Stainton have successfully been helping people move for over 20 years. Operating from 19 prominent sales and lettings branches, together with Fine & Country and 5 specialist departments, Mortgages, Conveyancing, New Homes, Auction and Surveys, all ready to help our customers move.

We've been featured twice in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For; won 12 awards over the last 6 years at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards, sponsored by The Sunday Times and we were awarded the Gold Investors in People in 2019.

Our Community
Since launching the Manning Stainton Community Fund in 2004, we have been delighted to give a helping hand to many local schools, groups, initiatives and projects within the local communities we serve.
Over the years we have helped over 300 local community initiatives and our aim is to continue to help support these through our Community Fund.
In the past 12 months, we have donated over £80,000 to local causes including, Horsforth Hall Park Cricket Club, Yeadon Carnival, Beeston in Bloom, Roundhegians Rugby Club, Farnley Falcons, and Featherbank Infant School to name but a few.
