You won’t be short of cocktails to try in Damelio. Alongside an extensive lunch, a la carte and dessert menu, Damelios cocktail menu has a lot to explore. Starting with the classics, Damelio offers the old fashioned favourites; the Negroni , Tom Collins and the White Russian whilst they add a pistachio twist to the ever popular Espresso Martini.  Venture a little further down their menu and you’ll find some ‘stylishly beautiful’ speciality cocktails, including the deliciously sounding ‘Hazelnut Cream’; a combination of Frangelico Hazelnut liquor, Baileys, Chambord, milk and cream,  can we order two please?

2. Bar Biccari - The Prosecco Bar


This rustic rooftop sun terrace is the newest addition to Bar Biccari’s successful Wakefield reign. As we edge ever so slightly closer to summer, where better to drink a cocktail than from a roof terrace. With a cocktail list as long as your arm perfectly segmented into spirit based sections it’s easy to find something you like even when you’re a little blurry eyed. ..If gin is your thing try ‘The Rose Garden’  a fresh blend of gin, elderflower, lemon juice, cucumber, cardamom thyme and peychaud bitter, surely that is at least 1of your 5 a day! 3. Now Serving


Often described as Wakefields hidden gem, Now Serving is definitely worth a find. Have you ever wanted to combine cocktail drinking with retro gaming? Look no further. Now serving is the perfect place to let off some steam, this self-proclaimed high end and low brow bar understands the importance of cocktail classics, whilst offering room to try something a little different. Their ‘Rhubarb Candy Cosmo’ a tasty mix of vodka, Giffard rhubarb, lime, cranberry, bubblegum and sweets will be sure to get your night off to a good start. Their selection of ‘Life’s a Beach’ cocktails will welcome the summer months in just nicely! Cocktails range from £6.50 to £9.50 but playing Mario Kart on a night out... priceless.

4. Jocks Cavern


Hidden below the popular Grill Pit, Jocks Cavern is a Speak easy bar with a lot to offer. Jocks Cavern has everything from regular live music events to arcade games and a long list of cocktails, to make your way through between Thursday and Saturday!
