My ManningStainton Service
The email subscription in My ManningStainton is offered to the public as an added service for their own benefit. Users of My ManningStainton may at any time discontinue the service by accessing the appropriate section of the site to cancel their email subscription. Manning Stainton does not guarantee that My ManningStainton or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Manning Stainton may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of My ManningStainton for business and/or operational reasons.
Properties saved in the Property Portfolio section of My ManningStainton will be removed once the property is taken off the Manning Stainton website. In this event users will not receive notification.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of My ManningStainton security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
Manning Stainton has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by Manning Stainton, at any time, if in Manning Stainton's reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
