Move managers
Our Move Managers are our specialist Sales progressors and after you have accepted an offer on your property you will be assigned your own dedicated Move Manager. They will guide you through the next stages of your home move, right the way to moving day. They have the skill and experience to keep your move on track by liaising with Solicitors, ensuring all documents are in place and keeping you informed of progress and any actions required to keep the move on track.
Property managers
Landlords trust us to manage their properties because of our unique 360 degree approach, providing them comprehensive property management solution. Our dedicated property managers deal with all aspects of the property management cycle and act as a single point of contact for both Landlords and Tenants throughout the whole tenancy. As a result, our tenancies are longer than the UK average by over 5 months.
