Christmas Trees

I think it goes without saying, this home decoration piece is usually the star of the show where you can get really creative or just dust of the decs in the attic! Either way, a Christmas tree is sure to get you in the Christmas mood!

There are plenty of places locally to pick out your Christmas tree, High Trees Garden Centre in Horsforth has a great range of trees and other Christmas decorations, as well as Brookleigh Farm in Menston and Stockeld Park in Wetherby.

If you are looking for something cheap and cheerful, visit your local B&M store or Home Bargains where you will also find a good selection of trees!

Wreaths & Garlands

Another classic decoration making it into the most Christmassy homes is a wreath. Usually circular in shape and displayed beautifully on your front door similarly, garlands can be laid on your mantlepiece or across the middle of your dining table. This is a classy and beautiful decoration and Christmas must-have!

If you fancy having a go at making your own wreath, there are local wreath making events taking place across Leeds, Café Yoga in Horsforth will be doing a wreath making workshop this year on Saturday 4th December at 2pm, on arrival, tea and coffee will be included along with all the tools and materials you will need to create your beautiful Christmas Wreath! Check out their website for ticket prices and availability.

If you have space in your home for stockings, these are a fantastic way to bring some festive spirit into the home and give that warm fuzzy feeling! Available in many colours and sizes, be sure to hang yours up for the Christmas period!

The Range are selling beautiful stockings this year with prices starting from as
little as £2.99, or why not visit Next Home where you can find personalised stockings with names or initials on! Alternatively, visit The White Company if you want only the softest Christmas Stockings hanging on your mantle this year!

Candles are a wonderful way to bring some festive cosyness! With many to choose from, most candle shops will usually have a festive-themed candle on sale and this is a great way to bring the Christmas vibe straight into your living room!

Candles of Cookridge is a must-visit if you are looking for only the best Christmas scents, with a wide range of Christmas candles on offer from Gingerbread to spiced mulled wine candles, you will be spoilt for choice!

Everyone loves a dupe and one you may have heard of already but deserves a special mention is the classic Pomegranate Jo Malone Candle, bob down to your local Aldi where you can pick up a very similar candle for £3.95, what a bargain!

Fairy Lights

Who else loves driving around looking at the most extravagant light displays? Well, this year let it be your house everyone is talking about! Usually displayed on the outside of the home, there are no rules around having them displayed on the inside of your home creating a magical Christmas ambiance!
Pick your lights up at any Homebase, B&Q, or Argos, with many to choose from you will not be stuck for choices as each year they offer a wide range!

Hopefully, we have inspired you to deck the halls and get into the Christmas spirit this year with some very on-trend and traditional Christmas décor!
