After the more reserved affair of Halloween 2020 it feels like time to go out and celebrate Halloween this year more than ever before. There’s always plenty going on in the Leeds drinking scene to suit anyone’s taste and this Halloween weekend is certainly no exception! We’ve found some of the best events to celebrate Halloween weekend in style so all that’s left for you to do is get your fancy dress picked out and make your way to the bar!

Bongo’s Bingo – O2 Academy

Bongo's Bingo is one of the most renowned events in the UK and is coming to Leeds this Halloween on the 30th of October. Well known for its energetic hosts, good music, table top dancing, great prizes and of course a good game of bingo, you’ll struggle leaving Bongo’s Bingo without having had a good time. This Halloween is no exception with a Halloween themed production, Halloween fancy dress and Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle performing only adding to your usual Bongo’s experience. If you’ve never been to Bongo’s Bingo or you’re after a fun night out this Halloween weekend, then this is not one to miss!

INZOMBIFEST – The Beaver Works

This one’s for the ravers amongst you with this 12-hour long event set to be going all night long at one of Leeds’s largest venues, The Beaver Works. Starting at 9pm on the 30th of October INZOMBIFEST carries on until 9am in the early hours of the 31st allowing you to party hard all the way into Halloween. The rave promises a spooky production, over 50 DJs, 6 arenas and a Halloween horror fair ride so get yourself down if you’re up for a big night this Halloween weekend. 

Chow Down Halloween Weekend – Temple Arches

Temple Arches is home to good music, good food and good vibes and the Chow Down Halloween Weekender. You can enjoy a pizza, kebab, or bao bun from one of the onsite street food vendors whilst having a drink and listening to famous DJs, all from the trendy, industrial surroundings of their spookily decorated sheltered outdoor seating area. With events going on from the 28th-31st of October you can book your tickets to fit around your busy Halloween schedule so be sure to go down to check out this unique event.

The Halloween Project – Mint Warehouse

The Halloween Project is an option for those wanting to party hard on the night of Halloween this year. This rave promises to provide the full Halloween experience with three rooms, a full Halloween production, zombie performers and fancy dress encouraged so it’s the ideal place for those wanting to rave their way into November.

Angie's Halloween Disco takesplace on the 31st of October from 3-10pm, this is the place to celebrate Halloween in style in East 59ths classy, Halloween themed roof top terrace. Get in the spirit and grab your best Halloween attire and get down to enjoy a delightfully spooky brunch and wash it all down with a Halloween inspired cocktail. After this, dance off your brunch as Angie’s Disco DJ crew blast the disco and house tunes as you party into the evening. 

Living Dead Halloween Festival – Stylus

The Living Dead Halloween Festival, hosted at the University of Leeds’s Stylus club is the place to be for students on Saturday the 30th of October. With 6 different themed rooms there’s something for everyone with a range of music genres and even a roller disco! The event promises an unreal Halloween production complete with scare actors and circus performers to create the ultimate spooky vibe to really get in the spirit and party the night away.
