Current COVID Guidance for Customers

Our office are now open to visitors, we would still ask that people sanitise hands and if you would like to wear a mask please do so.

Please let our staff know if you are currently self-isolating or have any COVID symptoms and we will re-arrange the appointment.

Face coverings are no longer required (but are advisory) due to the confined spaces. There is also no longer a limit on the number of people that can attend a viewing, but our team will continue to ensure these are carried out safely and numbers are kept at a level so people can move around a property safely. If you would prefer our staff wear face coverings we are happy to do so.

Yes. You can arrange your appointment through our local branches for an appointment over the phone with our advisers.
